The evenings wine exploration will be navigated by renowned winemaker Paul Carpenter who, together with Stockroom Executive Chef Alex Vilches, will take the guests on a culinary journey featuring botanical dishes and prestigious vintages such as the 2015 Eileen Chardonnay paired with Butternut pumpkin gnocchi, Ash Jannei goats, Lemon balm, or the renowned 2014 Eileen Shiraz with Wulkuraka Kangaroo, Currents, Pomegranate, Tempura salt bush. Seats are limited and bookings are essential.

Join us in Stillery Bar with internationally renowned winemaker Paul Carpenter and his team, for an enticing evening exploring Hardy’s two prestigious lines, the Eileen and HRB range.
Guests can select from a list of world class offerings by the glass whilst sampling Stillery’s creative food pairings from Executive Chef Alex Vilches and his team.
For those who enjoy the finer things in life, the Eileen premium tasting flight with matching canapes will delight the senses for $45 per person.

This winter, why not experience something new at Stillery cocktail lounge as we introduce 'Linner'.
Served daily from 3:00pm to 7.00pm, this hybrid offering between lunch and dinner presents a casual yet sophisticated dining experience set in the heart of the exclusive Double Bay village.
Stillery’s new menu with its focus on fresh seasonal ingredients, locally-sourced produce and aromatic botanicals is ideally suited to lighter-style late afternoon dining. Linner guests can choose from delicious dishes such as Chicken Liver Paté with Archie Rose Raisins and Kohlrabi; and Half Citrus Gin Chicken with Sweet Potatoes and Crispy Kale.
Creatively crafted by Executive Chef Alex Vilches, the Linner experience can be ordered a la carte, or as a special offer of two courses plus a glass of wine for $55.00 per person.
