Begin your experience with delicate sandwiches such as Roasted Turkey with cranberry and double brie or a Pumpkin Scroll with pecan and Yarra Valley feta; move onto warm freshly baked Ginger infused scones served with a cherry compote and Chantilly cream but ensure you save room for the show stopping festive desserts. Our award-winning Pastry Chef has created sweet treats such as a Brandy Peanut Butter Snap with Weiss dark chocolate and peanut brittle or a festive Egg Nog Choux Bun with nutmeg and run custard. Enjoy our selection of the finest loose leaf teas and gourmet coffee or why not treat yourself to a glass of chilled Champagne – after all it is the season to be jolly.
